Motion for Relief from Stay

We are a auto-loan finance company based in California (as well as our customers)....our customer recently filed Bk7 and according to their attorney, they have agreed to surrender the vehicle. Unfortunately, the attorney has not provide a written authorization giving permission to reposseses the vehicle.

Can I file a relief of stay for the vehicle and how?

Why would you want to file a relief of stay when your getting the vehicle back anyways in 60 days............??

The client is surrendering the auto....... save yourself the added expense....
