Can I assume the addresses on my Mailing Matrix were correct??

I filed for BK 7 almost 4 weeks ago.Since then all my accounts have either been frozen or closed out.My question is: Can I assume the addresses I listed on my Mailing Matrix were correct? Even if I find an address it 'should have been' do I need to amend the Matrix even though it appears they received the notifications from the BK court??

Pull a copy of your credit report and check all address you filed in your petition against the address and accounts on the credit report.....

During the process often accounts get sold to collection agencies..... be sure the original creditor of the debt was notified of the bankruptcy. If a collection agency tries to collect on one of these debts notify them (certified mail) that your filed bankruptcy under Case# with your local bankruptcy Court and that this debt has been discharged. Give them amply time to quit and cease from contacting you..... If they persue.... then take it further.....

If your case is not closed yet, then just file an addition to your matrix list and include them....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
