how long does one have for a repo comes after your car? I'm still two wks. from being 30 days late. I really need this car as my second vechile needs to much work to drive on day to day basis

Depends on who financed the 'loan'. If you bought from buy here pay here, they will pick it up in a heartbeat. If you financed from a real bank, it generally takes 2-3 months, on average.

Save yourself the worry of looking over your shoulder wondering if your car is still in the drive way before you go to work in the morning. Either catch up on the payments or just surrender it.
