so nice!

I am in shock. I have been avoiding my phone for about 3 month's now. Talked to one guy from Discover about "my husband's debt", and he was a little nasty to me. He was trying to get info from me, but other than that, it has been avoid city. Now that I have retained my attorney I decided to answer the phone and tell the creditors that I am filing and they are all being so nice about it. One even said he hoped everything worked out for us.
I just figured they would treat me like a criminal and just be nasty, but they weren't.

It's not over yet, but today was a good day!

my experience was about the same. Its amazing isnt it. I guess before you file they are just trying to get you to pay. After, they know its out of their hands and I guess they figure no need to be nasty.
