I just had a creditor call. I explained they were included in our 13 filing. They wanted to know the atty's name/number. Didn't have it with me, but said I would give them the case number. They said the case number wouldn't keep them from calling. So, I said then you will be in violation of federal law. The woman replied, no, you are in violation of federal law by not paying your bills and then promptly hung up. Had to chuckle.

I had a collector from National Enterprise Systems call me about a debt that is included in my plan, and he had the nerve to say, "bankruptcy will not protect you and I will get my money!" I just laughed at him and hung up. Needless to say, he never did call back.Filed: 5/22/07; 341 Hearing: 6/27/07;

I wonder what would happen if you gave him the Trustee's number by mistake instead of your layers, would the bill collector still be so insistant?Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17
