yes, i irritated someone working there, that was constantly calling about a mbna acct. she said she was going to do a asset search. a couple of months later, the day i closed on a house i sold in northern ca, i got served to appear. they got a judgement, they gave up trying to collect it and sold it to another outfit, ccr i think, that occasionally calls or sends letters. its been about 4yrs now. but if you have anything they will sue.
