in california, i understand judgements are good for 10 years, and are renewable for another 10 years. can some one tell me how long they have to renew the judgement? they must have some statute of limitations for renewing i am thinking. they cant just wait a year or two and then renew. i have had a couple of judgements before, and the 10 years went by, and they didnt bother to renew.
