they dont want to talk about it..

im 75 days late on my state farm bank cc...
since i dont know for sure if im going to file bk, i thought maybe i would pay a few of the smaller balance cards, especially since i have insurance thru state farm...i figured it would be one less hound on my trail, if i dont file..

i had previously given my lawyers name to them and told them i planned a bk... so, i got a nasty gram from them and said to call collections and i did...

to my suprise, they told me they didnt want to discuss it, since i have a lawyer... so, if they contact me again, they had their chance.... no more nice guy..

I would say you are in a catch 22. You told the creditor you are going to file bankruptcy and then it appears you might want to use that creditor's credit card to pay some bills. If you file bankruptcy, the creditor might claim fraud because you told them you were going to file bankruptcy and then went and used their credit card. If I were you, I wouldn't use that card any more.
