    HOA's attorney

I have had a long battle with them, and finally agreed to pay $50 a month, provided this is the end of it, and they will not come after for anything else or mark my credit. They went and filed a judgment, then a covenant not to execute said judgment, and they want me to sign a stipulated judgment. They just marked my credit as far as I am concerned and said nothing would get reported as long as I made my payments. The sneaky ***** of a paralegal NEVER told me that they were filing anything, and just said they would mail out the paperwork. The first payment is due at the end of the month, and I only just got the paperwork. I call the office and talked to that paralegal, who became extremely *****y and said that was the only was the association would agree to taking payments.

The stipulation says that their attorney can come after for fees. What the hell, if I don't have the money in the first place, how the hell do they expect they will get paid? They have pretty much ignored what was in my letter. And the paralegal said if I don't sign or pay, they will come after me. I have no idea what to do, and thanks to them not getting the paperwork back to me until, I am running out of time. They blamed the courts on the paperwork coming back late. Any suggestions?
