    Not on my credit report

I am receiving a collections letter from an old debt that no longer appears on any of my credit reports, it continues to be sold to other companies. I am amending my statement of creditors for 2 other creditors that I forgot in my originally bk paper work, do I need to include this creditor since I truly don't know how old this debt is?

Though I seemed to get not one response to this question the answer is that yes I should put it on my amendment eventhough it is not on my CRA's and I did.

Sorry, just now saw your thread......

Yes, I would go ahead and include this also in your amendment to your creditors list.... cover all your bases...
eventually they'll quit selling it as its discharged in bankruptcy...

Thanks Minny I amended on 2/10/06 discharge scheduled for 2/18/06. Will this extend my discharge date?
