    Nco

Just a question before I really go on a rampage here.....I had an acct with MBNA....it was charged off quite some time ago 11/2000, so NCO picked up the account now and they are reporting the date opened of 06/2006!!!!!! Can they do that?????!!!!! I mean in essence it just reset my entire debt with them and they are acting like it just happened!!!!!!

We have a medical account that went to NCO and they didn't even file a claim. Our Plan was confirmed on June 14, 2006. Of course, I know that technically a creditor can file a claim at anytime. NCO has been too quiet for my liking. I've heard others say they are are the worst!!!!

Awww..... you just put a smile on my face and I haven't had anything to smile about in a long time. Cause all these dates are wrong!!!! My letter is about 4 pages long with corrections!!!! I really should have checked this a long time ago.

So now I have another question the way it looks a lot of these debts should fall off pretty much in the next two years if it gets removed after 7. Because I filed bankruptcy do they still get removed? Or did I just add 10 years to all of them?

Awesome.....I should be looking pretty good in a couple years.....well except for my foreclosure and bankruptcy....and that's probably the kiss of death right there.

It was an FHA backed mortgage....you think anyone will ever give me credit again?

Oh well I need to get these reports and dates cleaned up. Hopefully with some of this stuff falling off soon it'll help my case.

Another thing....do you know if I can dispute stuff put on my credit report from when I was 15???? My mom didn't have credit so she decided she'd borrow mine and jacked it all up for me before I ever turned 18.

But sometimes you have to request the CRA to take it off, doesn't always happen automatically.
You are 100% coerrect! you BK has nothing to do with the removal dates of items... Just because the BK is on there for 10 years they cannot keep all your items on there for an additional 7.5

What a bunch of crap....I got a letter back from Experian saying they verified the debt. How can they verify it when they also have MBNA on the account and they show the debt at a different date?????? Now what?

Re-aging is a violation of the Federal Credit Repoting Act, a letter sent via certified mail should clear that up rather quickly maybe a complaint to the attorney general in the state you are and the state which NCO letter's are coming from also. Good luck
