If you happen to get a post card or paper from a company called Augustus Rae and reed who states they will help you out of foreclosure and prevent bankruptcy. Beware this is a scam. They took my money and over a year later did nothing for me but lie. I had to take care of everything on my own or the sherieff would have taken my home. Please do not use them . They will tell you they are working on your case but in the end they do nothing but increase your cost. just a little warning

Thanks for the warning jimmy. I've received plenty of those in the mail over the last year or so. We surrendured our home, so it's goes to Sheriff's Sale (TOMORROW). Anyways, I throw everyone of those mail offers in the trash. I think of it this way, if the lender couldn't help me save my home, then how can they. They can't! They only want my house. I think every one of them are scams anyways. That's just my opinion though.Bankruptcy History:

OMG, BB!! It was way back in summer that you posted the date of your sale. And it's finally here!!
Are you going to go to see what happens??!! Or will you just hang around the water cooler at work and lift a toast in honor of the event??!!
I know a part of you feels sad. We went thru it too. Still do. Many good times and years in that house. Our kids grew up there. It was, and still is, HOME.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

I could care less what happens to that house. Really. It was such a money pit to begin with. LOL....I don't hang around the water with co-workers and discuss what happened. No one needs to know. But anyways, I hope that house sits empty for a long while after the sale (or transfer back to the lender).
ROTFLMAO.....I'm having Dish Network installed tomorrow instead.....LMAO!Last edited by BassBoy; 01-04-2007, 01:48 PM.Bankruptcy History:
