We owned two homes and surrendered both in Chpt 7. On our first home the 1st lender foreclosed in Dec. and the 2nd lender just sold the note. I have been recieving confusing info about debt collection on the second note. One one hand I am hearing since it was included in the Chpt 7 it is not collectable but I have also heard they have 4 years to sue for breach of contract since the 2nd was not purchase money...does anyone have any idea. I am wondering because we are vacating our second home this month and it also has a second on it and I am concerned this will follow us forever. BTW we did not reaffirm either home
