I called my Mortgage Co today to see if there was some magical way of saving my house. I wasn't very confident but I did so on the advice of a friend.
I was told they can't negotiate because they have a hearing scheduled for April 1st.
I, nor my attorney have received anything about this. I'd assume we should have.
The person on the phone also said the advice from your attorney might be to let it go into foreclosure because there are more options at that point?
All of this is very confusing to me. Any comments?
