I am trying to find out something regarding foreclosure in Missouri. In the previous post, their was a link that showed you were not held responsible for a deficit in foreclosure in the state of Missouri. After checking into it to "make sure". I found other sites that said you could be held responsible. Do you know where I could find the correct information?? Thanks in advance!!

I am sorry, I really don't know and I don't think I was the one that posted the link. It may depend on they type of mortgage. I would think that generally, 1st mortgages do not get to claim a deficiency, but 2nd mortgages probably do.
I wish I could help you, but I am not in a position to comment on a specific states foreclosure law.
