Hello all...............just wanted to post this as I've been wondering for the past several months just WHEN this official NOD shows up and what the heck it looks like. Once I'd thought we'd gotten it as we received cert mail and such, but nope...today the REAL one(s) came, and just like previous posters have mentioned, ya can't miss them. Quite clear, actually, and thank goodness..the last part of this sad saga is on its way to closure. Even when our bk discharged, though relieved, we couldn't quite "celebrate" as we still had the house hanging over our heads, even tho we've physically moved on. But financially, we're still paying all but the mortgage--HOA, pg&e, sewer, insurance, water...checking the mail daily...I will be so happy to have this a done deal, no more duplicate bills..and on that date I will truly and completely celebrate. p.s. I am always trying to find a smile in everything--and in this whole "on the steps of the courthouse" part of the trustee sale, I can't help but picture the Brady Bunch movie where the Brady's almost lose their house....I know we ain't no sitcom, but that scene gives me a chuckle about all this, when my insides may be crying a bit.
