If you live in a judicial foreclosure state you could potentially get more than 2 months rent free. Have you already filed bankruptcy? That could help too.

Did you file bankruptcy? Are you still in bankruptcy, or has it been discharged? If you're in bankruptcy still and it hasn't been discharged you should be able to rescind the reaffirmation agreement on the 2nd.
