Just curious if there's any site out there (a free site that is) that will show the 3 month NOD expiration and auction date? If our stay gets lifted I'm trying to get an idea of how much time we'll have from the 3 month NOD expiring until it's auctioned off.....

If you find one, please post it. I have tried the SB County Assessors Office (online system), doesn't show anything. 7 months, no house payments on first or second here in Hesperia. The whole block is nothing but foreclosures with the exception of 4 homes....getting weird up here....Comment
