Our 1st & 2nd mortgage (both with GMAC) were discharged in our BK (Feb. 2008). We have continued to make payments and are living in the house.
If we stop making payments, with this be a traditional Wisconsin law foreclosure or will it be different (i.e. faster) because of the BK, since the mortgages are no longer technically in force.
