Has anyone ever dealt with or have any knowledge of LPS? My neighbor was apparently foreclosed on. They put an orange sticker on the home. I called LPS( number on the sticker to see if they pay people to clean up the homes. I guess you have to be bonded and insured to do it. I am just wondering if there is anyway to make the mortgage holder clean up the yard? It would be nice to be a pain in the butt to these mortgage people.
