[Broke54, I moved your question here to its own thread. You'll get more answers this way. For some reason, the move to your own thread made me the owner of your post - unfortunately I can't fix that
Luckily your entire post is quoted below.
Members, please answer broke54's question quoted below - thanks!! -lrprn]
Seeing your dates, you must have filed Ch 7. I'm assuming that you surrendered your condo in your Ch 7.
Here's a link that explains the typical Ohio foreclosure process - http://www.columbusohioreo.com/foreclosuretimeline.htm . Looks like once the lender starts foreclosure proceedings, you may have about seven months before the auction occurs and you have to be out. Given the number of foreclosures in Ohio lately, it could be longer than that.
I'm trying to figure out why you haven't heard anything from your mortgage company. Are you now living at a different address than your original address on the loan? Did you check PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) to make certain that during your bankruptcy your lender filed a request with the bk court to lift your automatic stay and start foreclosure proceedings?
