1st & 2nd mortgage - Chase/Wamu modification
We have 1st & 2nd with Chase/Wamu. I have filed many things for modification since Jan and I get the ol' call back in 30 days or you are missing a paper etc. The modification only talks about the 1st mortgage. What will happen to the 2nd mortgage?
We have not missed a mortgage payment - yet. I just stopped paying my 3 BOA cards 2 months ago ($78k - in my name only).
