Hi Todd I File For Chapter 13 Bankruptcy And It Was Dimiss Due To Failure To Pay Monthly Payments. They Said I Had To Amend The Payout And My Lawyer Sent Them The Amendment,but They Claim That They Did Not Recieved It. So,that Means I Had Owed Them For 6 Months, Then The Twelve That Was Supposed To Be Paid, And The Court Dimiss My Case. Can I File Again Or Do I Have To Wait For A While.
