    Sailed through 341

Just the usual questions...Trustee was very pleasant and happy to see all i's dotted and t's crossed.

I was 800 below the median, and had -39 disposable income. Lawyer said welcome to the 60 day club, and barring an unforseen windfall I'm golden.

It was pretty obvious that the lawyer and trustee had reviewed/previewed my case and were satisfied with the numbers, which for me made the lawyer worth his fee.

Just wanted to thank everyone on the boards for their assistance and let those anticipating their 341 know that it's fairly anticlimatic...

Make that 6 months from day of filing!

Glad the 341 went well for you PV.

Now sit back, prop up your feet, and try and relax while you wait out your time.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

It won't be long now and the feeling of relief will be tremendous after that 60 days and you get your discharge......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
