Great to hear that this day is behind you and everything went well, SF! What's a little metal detector problem as long as the 341 went smoothly? Now just to get through the next 60 days....hope they fly by uneventfully! Then it won't be long to fresh start time - couldn't be happier for you!

Well, evidently everything didn't go as smooth as I had hoped it would.

I've been checking PACER to see the Trustee's report and there's nothing there. Just that the 341 was held and the Trustee's name.

Then I got the bright idea to check other filers' case numbers that were on the Docket for the same day.

All but 2 of us have the "No Assets Distribution" 341 Trustee's reports. They will get discharged and closed on Schedule.

Even the repeat filer that this was his 3rd BK in less than 10 years got the "No Assets Distribution" report. Where's the New Law stopping Serial Filers there??!!

I thought the Trustee would at the very least post some sort of report saying he was waiting on '06 taxes or something. But NO! We get nothing.

This just sucks!

Yes, it sure does suck, SF. Hang in there and keep checking for a few days - it could be that the trustee is just taking a second look at your tax issues and hasn't finished investigating yet. Do your best not to stress yourself out about something you don't know is true yet.

As I recall, our trustee's objections to our plan ("Objection to Confirmation of the Plan") showed up on PACER a day or two after our 341. We were officially notified about our trustee's objections in the mail about a week later.

Maybe the trustee was in a hurry, or just ran out of time to look over cases and will get to you soon. I think you're gonna be ok, especially since he/she allowed a habitual filer to wipe the slate clean once again. I know its hard but try to stay calm and get those "what if's" out of your head.
