Mortgage Bank Selling a Mortgage to another company~

Hey...
I am wondering if anyone knows something about this~
If your mortgage company is going to "SELL" your loan to another company...don't they HAVE to give you a notice or something about doing such BEFORE it happens????

I have NOT received a voucher YET for NOV...which is right around the corner as we speak........and I am thinking that the mortgage company (even thought we've not been late with them) is looking at our credit report and scratching their heads worried that we are getting ready to do something (boy if they only knew). LOL like they are transfering our mortgage to another company...but I have not recieved any notification as such~
Are they TRYING to make me late with payment? That doesn't make sense either......but I am NOT sending payment to them until I get a voucher only to have them transfer the mortgage and then not send my payment to the transfered company...it has happened before where I was owed money by the mortgage co, and they never sent it to me.......still haven't got it.....

1. As far as I know, they don't have to give you notice, before they do it. Selling or mortgage is quite common.

2. I wouldn't read too much into this.

that's probably exactly what I am doing..reading too much into it~
I tend to do that from time to time......
I just thought that maybe they are looking at my CR thinkin' "oh poop, they're gonna file BK or something..." LOL
Always, I have already received my next month's voucher way before this time~ I didn't get it today either...so I am wondering what's going on....

Also, it doesn't really matter to them if you file BK, mortgage companies don't really lose anything by a debtor filing BK.
