I have to have proof I took a course in credit counseling and earn a certificate prior to my filing chapter 13,where is a good online link/place I can get this taken care of prior to filing ??

Here's the link to all the Department of Justice/US Trustee-approved locations (website, telephone, and in-classroom) approved places to get your pre-filing required counseling and certificate - http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/eo/bapcpa/ccde/cc_approved.htm . Just choose your filing state and see which one looks like it will fit your needs the best. Do the counseling as soon as possible - it can take over a week to get your certificate from some agencies - and the certificate has to be done within the prior 180 days before filing.

We did our pre-filing counseling at Hummingbird - http://www.hummingbirdcreditcounseling.org/ . Relatively painless (and didn't learn anything we didn't already know....sigh....) Our lawyer had our certificate in hand electronically the day we finished the online course (took about an hour) and speaking for 10 min to their phone counselor.

Others here have used the CCCS agency in their area and have liked it.
