We are in the process of filing either a ch 13 or 7 - not sure on the exact numbers yet just started working with an attorney. What I am wondering is we need to put new tires on our truck and I will end up putting them on a credit card. Can they ask for the tires back or refuse to discharge that amount on the credit cards? We havent stopped making payments yet on the credit cards been making the min monthly payments but using them every month. We plan on stopping payments on all the cards this month and get rolling on the BK. Can someone let me know about this sort of thing??
