Question about payments to trustee

My attorney said that my payments to the trustee under chapter 13 would be garinsheed. Does anyone know if this can be avoided? (Michigan)

You can always ask,

but this is up to the individual trustee. And unfortunately, you are under a duty in the BK code to comply with reasonable requests of the BK trustee, and I doubt the court will be too sympathetic since BK is public record in the first place.
