    After the 341

I just completed my meeting on the 1st. I have to mail the trustee my 04 tax information. What happens now. What does the trustee do? I opened an account after I filed-do they search for new bank accounts (it is a savings). Should I call the trustee and tell them? I did the BK myself so I dont have a lawyer to refer to.
I have read a lot about a discharge. When does that happen?

    Thanks

I would not volunteer what he has not asked for, but I would not withold what he has asked for either.

If you are a Pro bono case your discharge could be within a week or two. If he determines that you have sufficient assets to go after it could be somewhat longer. Did any Creditors show up? Just remember that he is not your friend and does not have your interests in mind. He works soleley on behalf of your creditors and himself.

No creditors showed up (most of my debts were from 1999 and 2000 anyways and none over $2000). I am pro bono though-I figured mine wasnt too complicated. Im not married-no kids and I only have my car to vouch for which is still being paid on. I read on other posts that discharges took months. So, you are saying mine might only be a couple of weeks?

It will likely be very soon.
