I filed bankruptcy and it was discharged in June. I filed on my car that had a primary loan and a second lein. Neither one of the companies repoed the vehicle. Actually the first lein holder had written of the car in Feb of 2002 because they didn't feel it was worth their time. Is there any way for me to get the title to it now or am I just sol?

Write a letter to the Lein Holder and include a copy of your discharge papers, requesting them to mail you the title. Because they opted out of taking action against you or offering settlement options. They should not demand that you settle the debt to obtian the title.Originally posted by sweetsv650sI filed bankruptcy and it was discharged in June.
