Will all utilities require a deposit once you've filed BK

We moved prior to filing BK. But we had months of lates to our CC's and on our house by that point and our Credit was in the toilet. A cross town move involved changing everything but the phone.
Only 1 utility required a deposit. Others pulled our credit, but only the one wanted a $$$ amount equal to 2 months of service. The electric company wanted the deposit. Gas, water, sewer all said, "We see you've had utility service before. You're fine."
While it was tough to swallow at the time, last month's bill and this month's bill are being taken care of courtesy of our security deposit. The electric company refunds the security deposit after a year of on time payments.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

Its going to depend on if you were shut off or moving. I filed on my gas company, but had not lost service. They can't shut me off now and all of the arrears are in my 13 plan. They have never mentioned a security deposit and in WI, as long as you are current on your bill they can't shut you off so I guess I win this one.
It may depend on also if you are in a 13 or a 7Filed Chapter 13: 3/12/07
