First Consultation

I finally did it. I have an initial consultation next friday at 1. I think this may be my only option. We live in a 2 bedroom house, 3 kids and expecting twins this fall, owe 112000 on our house but realtor said we can only sell for about 95 right now due to the slow market.
I am a little nervous but i have to start somewhere. What should i expect at the first appointment??? My first half hour is free and that is all the longer she said it would take.
