    U.S.C 362 automatic Stay

Who else has the opinion that code 362 automatic stay provides protection against a Tax Deed sale, I'm in Tampa Florida and just found out some information on a Lot I own with past due property taxes was issued a Tax Deed on April 26 2007 My chapter 11 case has been in force since December 11 2006.

Any opinions the lot is worth about 40,000 I owe nothing on it.

I'm going to Clerks office tomorrow to verify this and suggestions?

This forum is focused on consumer bankruptcies - Ch 7 and 13. I don't believe we have any current members who have filed for Ch 11 business bankruptcies, but perhaps one of our active current Ch 7 or Ch 13 members had a tax deed sale involved in their personal bankruptcy and can provide some insights for you.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
