Can anyone recommend an attorney in N. Georgia? I'm not happy with the one we hired.

This board has too diffuse a population to give reliable recommendations for specific attorney's, but there are several posts about how to go about finding a good attorney.
Also, finding a new attorney is probably not where you want to be focusing your energy, you need to start getting ready to defend yourself at the hearing. Moreover, it can be very difficult, if not impossible to find an attorney willing to jump into the middle of the case (and even if you could find one willing to jump in, do you have the resources to pay).
