Yes changing out your bank accounts needs to be done.
Basically you are judgment proof once your husband remakes new accounts in his name only. They can hit the joint account for what's in there but they aren't going to get anything.
Did you show that paper from Arrow to your lawyer? If they moved to dismiss the case that shows that they did not believe you had the money to pay and thus let it go because it was a waste of time. Some bottom feeder bought it and is probably outside the SOL as we all suspect.
