I don't know how I forgot to ask about this, When I file if everything goes through and all is clear, what happens to my monthly contracts ? for example Cell phone,Cable, etc etc ( I would like to keep them and keep paying) and do I have to close my bank account or will that be fine ?

You keep paying all current utilities and other contracts if you want to keep receiving the services. (And by the way, including utilities in your bankruptcy is *not* a good idea.)

As long as you don't have a credit card or other unsecured loan like overdraft protection with the same bank, there's no need to change your account to another bank.

And if you do happen to have one of these circumstances, don't close the current account - just leave $5 in it. Trustees don't like to see recently closed accounts when you file.
