I recently accepted a new job. (yay!)
I used the legalconsumers website and am still under the median for my state.
I'll be working full time, but full time starts at only 30 hours to get full benefits etc. Isn't that awesome!??!
I still won't be filing until Sept/Oct though. I stopped using the cc in May. Do you think in Sept, 5 months since last usage will be long enough? Or should I wait until Oct so it's a full 6 months. I understand there's no gurantee.
Do you think getting the new job with more hours will somehow affect my ch 7 filing status? I'm a 'no asset' case.
