Yep! It's most definitely legal. It is PUBLIC ACCESS Court Electronic Records.
How I found cases in my area was to search by attny's names. Then look at different case main pages until I found couples filing Joint Ch 7's. It's no guarantee you'll pull a case similar to your particular situation, but at least you can see what different attny's list and how they list it.
