i am worried at this time i cant go bankrupty, so my father inlaw going to help save out house from sherriff sale and i got a reinstatement from the mortage company by email and told me to wired and were looking at 11 grand. but what i asking what type of prroff do i need to that they wont action this off, they said it would stop the foreclosure but the sale is fri 6 at 1000am and there wanting the money tomorrow, i wonder how safe this would be could if i wired it and only have email statement saying if i pay this it reinstate it? can some help me this is alot of money to dish out from my family and not to have it lost. any help? thanks

Request that they fax or next deliver a contract stating your agreement with them.
