    What are your thoughts???

I have an auto loan through United Credit. My payment is due the 15th of every month. Anyone w/ this company can only pay by cash or money order....they do not accept checks. If the payment is not in their office by the 15th...on the 16th they begin calling you 2-3 times a day...with a harsh tone stating I need to contact them immediately.....Sometimes the 15 falls on a Saturday...omg...dont even let this happen...i came home on the 19th..and had business card in my door from the manager stating i needed to call them asap so i can pay my bill.......how embarrassing.....i have never been reported late by them....and i have had the vehicle 2 years now.....are they supposed to be doing this? i really consider this harrassment.

I guess we shouldn't even ask what the rate is....and direct payment out of your bank account - they would probably laugh if the idea was presented to them.

Some of these lenders are too much. For your sake, I wish they were one of your unsecured debt. You could just tell them to go to #$%&.

Anyway, retain an attorney as soon as you can and let this clown call her. Only problem could be is if you want to keep the car. Then you need to continue to pay.

Amazing. It is 2007 and some creditors are still in the stone age regarding methods of payment. I thought the big draw of auto pay was reduced processing costs for the creditor. Too bad you got stuck with these losers.
