hi everyone,
i had my 341 meeting today (yay!!), it went smooth just like everyone kept reassuring me it would..
my question is: once my discharge goes through what should i expect my credit report to look like? is your old debt history erased? or can potential loaners still pull up your payment history and such just as they could before the discharge? is there still a public record/tradeline listed on your report listing your bankruptcy?
also: my auto company posted a tradeline stating that i was 30 days late nearly two weeks after i filed for bankruptcy.. is there a way i can have this removed (if it wont already be once i am discharged?) as i am surrendering my car and getting a new one shortly after my discharge and i dont want their remark to make my interest rate any higher than it already will be..
thanks!!
