The CA that called last week and told me I was a liar and if I looked up theif in the dictionary there would be a picture of me called me again today. Last time I spoke to them they said they would be bringing me to court if I didnt pay by then end of the month. I said I will be filing BK soon, so I wont be paying them (this is on a charge-off from 4/05). When she spoke to me today she asked the name of my attorney. I replied I didnt have one. She said "We'll see you in court then" and hung up.
What are the odds of this CA bringing me to court so quickly? or are they just pushing my buttons?
