My question is how many times can a person file chapter 7 ???? I have heard only twice in your lifetime...is that accurate information???

You can file a 7 every 8 years.

There's no limit to how many times you can file. But, I'm sure it will be looked at closely if someone is filing every 8years or whatever the law allows at the time.
