    getting served

If a creditor is going to take you to court where do they serve you? Will they come to my place of employment to serve me, or will they serve the papers at my house? Im an idiot, maybe seen too many tv shows, when they serve you is it just a letter in the mail or does a constable show up???

We just got served by Chase on Oct 30. Some guy came to the house and handed my husband the summons paperwork.

Gotta love living in the boonies. We got it in the mail, and someone else here just had a notice tacked on a tree at their property (remote property)!
