    A question

I am judgementproof - selfemployed,no bank account,no real estate ect. Should I continue to pay credit cards or not ? I do not plan to file BK for a couple of years and it will be a business BK from a failed business SBA loan over 200k. Judgements don't bother me , already have one (see above). I make approx. 25k a year, most ccs havn't been used in approx. 6 mth. one I still use occasionally. Also if the cc see I already have judgement will they seek another judgement that are uncollectable right now? thanks in advance oldman

Can I ask why you are waiting 2 years to file?
You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing

My ex-fiancee bought a house and put my name on deed . Sold it about 3 yrs. ago and just want to wait for about 5 yrs. to file due to lookback even though it was her house, I don't her to have to get involved. oldman
