i have a question about fees for lawyers,maybe someone can help. if i file and have problems and my case is dismissed. do i have to pay full fees to lawyer i hired?

Yes, for the most part when you pay that money is gone. Generally, the lawyer gets paid in advance of filing BK and nearly all the work the lawyer does for you is done BEFORE you file. So the lawyer earns nearly all their fee before you even file BK. An attorney's fee is almost always based on time spent, NOT outcome (personal injury cases excepted)
Now, if the dismissal is somehow due to the lawyers mistake or negligence, that is one thing, but most dismissals are usually the result of the debtor doing something they didn't tell their lawyer about.
