Buying a car before Ch. 7...

If I buy a car before filing Ch. 7, does the trustees look at my loan app. I filled out when financing the car??? I am unemployed and have been for the last 6 months, but I can put that I work for my dad and make X amount of money in order to hopefully get qualified. When I go to file BK does the court have the right to see that??

The court does not necessarily need to see the proof of income, but you will need to show proof for when you file. In a Ch.7, the Trustee (and your attorney if you hire one) will need to know everything about your income, finances and expenses.
