Just curious, what exactly does that mean? All of the accounts we stopped paying state this. Does it change after bk?
Also, we are moving and including our home in a ch7. We cannot file until Feb 15th, because we bought a car and the lawyer is afraid the trustee may take it. I guess we have to wait... How long will they let us stay in the house. We stopped paying both mortgages in Novemeber? Is there anything else we have to do besides just not pay and tell the lawyer.
Finally, with my job relocation, I signed a 6 month lease in a apt, but now have an oppurtunity to rent a home. If I break the lease now, can I include this in bk?
