Too late to add a creditor?

We had our 341 on 10/29. Last week we had to file to convert from a 7 to a 13. Our trustee is objecting to the conversion--very long story. Anyway, we go to court on 1/3, with a judge to hear objections and respond. Sprint keeps messing up our bill and this month charged us an extra $200 because they canceled a line they were not supposed too. We keep spending hours on the phone with Sprint to try and straighten this our to no avail. We have always had trouble with their customer service. They were on our matrix but we were going to continue with the contract. Can we just say forget it now and it be IIB?

Since they are on the matrix, you shoudl be fine. I know I have seen posts where people included early termination fees or charges.
